Dr. Don Vann, Regent’s Professor of English, retired, and Professor Emeritus at the University of North Texas, spent his career studying, teaching, and writing about the works of the novelist Charles Dickens. Dr. Vann will highlight Dickens' greatest works and achievements in a lecture entitled: "Charles Dickens: The Beginning and the End".
Light refreshments will be served, and a visual representation of significant aspects of Dickens' life will be on display in the Willis Library Forum, on the first floor of Willis Library.
The closest parking for visitors is at the new parking garage on Highland Street. Parking is $2 per hour at this garage.
