Britta Coleman, Ph.D.

Dr. Britta Coleman specializes in creative writing and twentieth-century literature. Her first novel, Potter Springs, was published by Warner Books and won the Lone Star Scribe Award from Barnes and Noble Booksellers. Her writing has appeared in anthologies from Simon & Schuster and BenBella books, and she served as a columnist for the Amarillo Globe-News and the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. As the Production Editor and then the Managing Editor for American Literary Review, she was honored to help publish the magazine's 20th-anniversary issue. She teaches a variety of classes including World Literature, American Literature, Technical Writing, Creative Writing and first-year composition courses.
