Welcome to Creative Writing at the University of North Texas. We offer a Ph.D. with a focus in creative writing, an M.A. with a concentration in creative writing, and an undergraduate major with a concentration in creative writing. At UNT, we’ve fostered a thriving literary community enriched by our Visiting Writers Series and by our national journal, American Literary Review.
