  • ENGL 4195 - Advanced Grammar and Usage
  • ENGL 4430 - Shakespeare

Plus one course chosen from:

  • ENGL 3450 - Short Story
  • ENGL 3920 - Survey of Ethnic Literatures

Plus one course chosen from:

  • ENGL 3430 - British Literature to 1780
  • ENGL 3830 - American Literature to 1870

Plus one course chosen from:

  • ENGL 3440 - British Anglophone Literature 1780 to the Present
  • ENGL 3840 - American Literature 1870 to the Present
