Ross Wilcox is the author of the short story collection Golden Gate Jumper Survivors Society. He has published stories in The Carolina Quarterly, Columbia Journal, and North American Review, among others. His writing has earned awards from The Madison Review, the Santa Fe Writers Project, and Red Hen Press. One of his stories has been optioned for television by Deedle Dee Productions. He teaches writing at the University of North Texas. He lives in Fort Worth with his wife and two cats.
