Triana Burroughs earned her M.A. in English from the University of North Texas in 2024 and brings nearly 20 years of teaching experience to the classroom. She currently teaches First Year Writing, where she emphasizes the development of rhetorical awareness, critical thinking, and academic writing skills. In addition to her teaching, she is pursuing her doctorate at Liberty University with a research focus on the intersection of rhetoric, theology, and literature. Her scholarly interests include the works of J.R.R. Tolkien, classical and biblical rhetoric, and the role of narrative in shaping cultural and spiritual identity. She is the author of the novel Life of Grace and remains actively engaged in both creative writing and academic scholarship.
