"Dr. Megan Bryan hold a PhD in Literature (specializing in 19th century vampire literature!) from the University of York in England, where she lived for ten years, spending the other two-thirds of her life on a US military base in Germany. This gave her the opportunity to travel extensively throughout Europe, which brought her into contact with a wide variety of history and cultures. She has published five novels and several articles, and spends her spare time with her cat, Tibby, writing about Victorians, villains, and vampires.
